I sent them a photo of my front door along with several glass door insert options, and within just a few hours they created mockups of each one so I could see exactly how they would look. I highly recommend doing this—it made the decision process so much easier. Communication throughout was excellent. Installation day was flawless. They arrived on time, and the installer was friendly, professional, and clearly took great pride in his work. He cleaned up as he worked and did an excellent job removing our previous door glass. He paid close attention to detail, especially along the paint line between the original glass frame and the door, which made painting the new frame a breeze without having to repaint the entire door.
